- 4 cups of popped corn
- 24 caramels
- 2 tbsps of hot water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups of dried apple pieces
- Place the pieces of caramel and two tbsps of hot water in the top pot of a double boiler. Melt them over a very low flame.
- Stir in the nutmeg and cinammon.
- Mix the dried apple pieces and popped corn together in a bowl.
- Gently pour the melted caramel over the popcorn and mix thoroughly.
